The Mind Makers is an online tutoring platform that connects students with qualified tutors for personalized learning support- from Kindergarten through PhD level.

Students of all ages, parents looking for academic support for their children, and educators seeking to collaborate or offer tutoring can all benefit from our service.

3- How do I use The Mind Makers?

Using The Mind Makers is simple. Just head to the Services section and select the topic you need help with. After that, you'll fill out a short request form when scheduling your session- this helps us understand exactly what you're looking for. Your chosen tutor will then customize the session to meet your specific needs.

  3. What subjects do you offer tutoring in?

We cover a wide range of subjects including math, science, reading, writing, languages, and test prep ( SAT, IELTS, etc...).

 4. How long is each tutoring session?

Sessions are typically 60 minutes long, but we also offer longer group sessions. We also offer flexible durations depending on your needs.

5. How are tutoring sessions conducted?

Sessions are held online via Zoom and you will receive a custom meeting link after booking.

6. Can I choose or change my tutor?

Yes! When you book for your free Meet the Tutors Session , you'll be introduced to all of our available tutors based on your subject needs. You'll be provided with tutor ratings and reviews. You can then choose the tutor who best fits your learning style. If you decide to change tutors at any given moment , you are more than welcome! When you book your next session, you will be given the choice to choose who you prefer to proceed with.

7. How much do sessions cost?

We offer flexible plans including pay-per-session and monthly subscriptions. Check our pricing page for details.

Scheduling and Cancellations:

8. How do I schedule a session?

After creating an account, you can book directly through Our Services or Monthly Plans Page.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged a fee. The fee for last minute cancellation is half of the session price.

Technical and Support:

10. What do I need for an online session?

Just a stable internet connection, a quiet space, and a device with a camera and mic ( like a laptop or tablet). The tutor will let you know if any further supplies are needed based off your session.
